just a fyi....to any new people wh stop in & amp; decide to post...
Dont be alarmed if your post or reply does not appear right away. Right now we preapprove anything & amp; everything that hits the board. this means if you post and it does'nt appear right away it will appear shortly after. just check back a little later. We are currently working on another update and may remove that when that rolls out in the next week or so.

Just tried out this site that was posted on the forum. Its excellent! Has alot of useful information, great recipes, etc...I anxiously awaiting the diet plan section!!!
