Deca for shoulder

I was wondering if deca could help in healing a shoulder injury. I have administered cortisone (by the Doctor) but to no avail. The cartilage is worn between the collarbone and the shoulder. If not , what should I try (Doctor can't seem 2 help).Any advice appreciated.

I hurt my shoulder and nothing worked, even a week off, then I took some GH and deca and 3 weeks later I was back to my max lifts with no pain. Try some anadrol in the meantime...it really lubes up the joints.

Yes Anadrol helps, but not as much as Deca - Both make you retain water in the joints (Drol makes you gain water everywhere), and you'll get some relief.

My problem is that I found that my shoulder pain comes back even worse once I'm off... My last cycle with Drol I was nailing the bench with 60lbs + where I was pre-cycle - now just the thought of lifting that much weight makes my right should hurt.

Bottom line - let it heal, the gear will help but it is temporary (at least it has been for me....)

The only real time Ive ever used deca it was for a rotator cuff injury. It was my second and I must say it healed up quicker than the first, but you still have to be careful and take it easy even after the pain is gone.

WCP,

Do you think the Deca helped it heal or was just temporary relief while it healed? I have had surgery on the interior ligaments of my shoulder 2 years ago and it is still f***** up. I not looking for miracles but was hoping for some improvement or at the very least protection from the upcoming cycle.

deca helps. and when you remove the deca, the pain comes back, often worse. a real injury and not just pain from lifting heavy will not be healed by deca, just hid. you should seek a doctor. you may need surgery

I had problems with my shoulder after doing a cycle. After a year and a half, 2 cort shoots, and 3 doctors later ...... I tried Prolotherapy and now I'm back in the gym.

Cort as you should no is a bad 'roid. Don't do it if you can. Prolotherapy is when you inject a proliferent (an irritent) into the joint. It does just the oppisite of cort.

It didn't make sence to me at first but I researched it. The prolo shot is made of sugar. Anyway, what it does is cause swelling in the injection point (your joint). Along with swelling comes blood flow. With blood flow comes healing. Think about it! If you get a cut on your arm or leg or else where, what does your body do? It swells where you are injured! Your body is increasing the blood flow to that point thus inceasing the healing. It made perfect sence to me.

Now in the joint areas there is not much blood flow. The veins just don't go there. So to incease the blood flow you inject a proliferent. Don't just go out and do this yourself! After my research I found a doctor under Pain Management. BTW - this has been around since Hipocreates but at that time they used red hot pokers!

I sure wish I knew about this sooner than I did. It wouldn't have kept my out of the gym for so long. Also, average amout of shots are 4-6 and that's every two weeks. The shots hurt like hell and you are very sore for two days after but I think it was worth it. I'm now back in the gym working out. I just have to be more careful from now on.
