from what i have read (never used really) at least 3 x's a week is needed

I was over at 'bolex and chimed in on a thread re: seo. What a bunch of close-minded bozos - implants, cheating, etc - WTF. I posted some info and I don't think half of those responding even bothered to read it. I guess that's why I don't bother going over there much - that and the fact I got scammed!

I know - I shouldn't flame another board, but those childish reponses just piss me off!
