Fina has definately "kicked-in"!
Well - here's my basic routine (for everything). My first 3 sets are done in succession (no warm-up - read details before slamming me) with no rest between sets. 5 reps for each set.
First set is performed with a weight that is relatively easy (almost too easy). Exercise is performed in a VERY slow deliberate motion. Then I add weight and performed at same speed but with enough weight added so that 5 reps is "hard." Last set, weight is added and performed at same speed but with enough weight added so that 5 reps is all that can be done.
Then I take a breather and set-up the bar/machine to do the last 3 sets in succession, no rest between sets, at normal motions (which tends to be on the slow side for me). 5 reps for each set and shoot for failure on last set. When I can perform 8 reps on last set, I move up the weight on beginning/heavy (and possibly 2nd) set. The first set is an amount that I can do 5 reps (no more - remember by benchmark for increasing this weight is the last set). Then remove weight, no rest, and do 5 reps (no more - if I feel I can do more, the weight may be increased for next session). Then remove weight, no rest, for final set as described earlier.
When I'm on the juice, the last 3 sets take EVERYTHING I can muster. I'm literally lying on the floor wasted - trying to catch my breath!
So - would you consider my 1st 3 sets warm-ups? I never thought of them that way but when I think about it they really are.
That being the case - I do this routine once for each small muscle group (shoulders, biceps, triceps, calves). Do this 2 times (6 sets) for chest and back. Three time for legs (which I consider a compound muscle group - quads and hams) - Squats (hits both quads and has) 3 sets, quads 3 sets, hams 3 sets.
Today I did 5 EASY reps at 330 on bench press. Should be able to hit 350 for 5 by end of this cycle.
Just wanted to share how this 49 better bb'er works out (you're either gettin' older or better)!

My best off-cycle is 315 for 5 reps. My PB is 335 for 5 reps. Been on Fina/Winny for 5 weeks, Prop for 12 and EQ for 12 (just finished EQ). Frontloaded fina (1st 4 days) at 150mg ED, then 75mg ED. Winny @ 50mg ED (25mg x 2). Prop ED @ ~600mg week. EQ ED @ ~600mg week.
I had a terrible bout in the middle of this cycle with T-3 (never used it before and won't again). Lost 8 lbs of muscle and strength!! It took a while to get it cleared out of my system.
I'm not counting calories but I'm basically on a Keto diet with one "cheat" day a week. I shoot for 350 to 400 grams protein ED and minimum carbs (mainly low glycemic index) and try and supplement w/good fats. Do a small carb load after workouts. I should be losing more fat than I did this cycle, but the T-3 messed-up my system somewhat. I'm 5' 6", small frame (6-1/2" wrist), 197 lbs, and ~9% BF.

Hey bro, just curious about how much T-3 you were using. I used it once without being on juice and experienced the same thing you did. Another time I used it with juice and actually it worked quite well for me. I didn't lose any strength and it did a nice job of helping me lose a little fat.

Well - I ramped up to 80 mcg (divided daily doses). It didn't do squat. At first I thought it was bad T-3 (from *P). Then I got a hold of Raver's articles about T-3 usage. I would post the link to this article but he took it off his web site. The closest I found is http://www.bigmuthas.com/forums/show...=&threadid=475 (this is somewhat incomplete compared to full article). I did 1mcg per pound of body weight.
