I never shoot my ass now, b/c i can't reach around like that anymore. I shoot, quads, delts, bi's and tri's. My training partner shoots me in the rear tri, as i can't reach that either.

the first time i did my own....i was nervous as hell but the next thing i knew the needle was all the way in...it's easy! now whenever i have to get a shot at the dr.'s office i feel like asking the nurse if i could just give myself the shot instead, since some nurses i've had aren't very gentle with them needles-/

Before I got on I used to, and still do, shoot up a friend of my. He still can bring to give himself a shot. Me, I figured if I'm going to start I can't puss out when it comes to giving myself a shot. I kinda enjoy shooting myself now.
