weight gainer, or protein powder

weight gainer, or protein powder for size? i am skinny, want to grow fast, but not add much fat if none at all.

6 foot and 160pounds. my B/F is low. i can see all my abs. i'd like it to stay that way lol. i want to get to 200 as soon as i can. i was at 185 before, but havent juiced in 9 months. i have 150 dbol and about 12 amps of omnadren

Most weight gainers are just packed w/ sugar carbs. I would opt for a 40% protein, 40% Carb and 20% fat diet. Usually though in my offseason I eat somewhere around 800-1000grams carbs, 400grams protein, 200grams fat. It ain't the healtiest but, I get over 315lbs so at that point it don't matter.hehehe

unless you can eat atleast 5 0r 6000 calories a day.
Main thing is eat eat eat, then add your gainers throughout
I also avoid cardio or any other calorie burnin shit that isnt
necasarry.^.. except bonin the babes of course.

The Champion Nutrition Super Heavy Weight Gainer did me good for a year when I really needed the extra weight. Most people I would not recommend WG's to cause of what RY said about the sugar carbs and most people would just get fat off of it. In your case though it may be a good idea.

OH the WG I was talking about is 1200cal. per glass, very effecient in that sense.

As has been stated, w/gainers have their drawbacks. I prefer regular powders and MRPs. Too many simple sugars will cause more harm than good.

i would go with weight gainer but be careful of gaining body fat. I wouldn't go every day on the shit.....go maybe 5 of 7 days a week and do cardio on weekends to keep gains along with your low bf. Also, protein wouldn't hurt either bro........sugar carbs and too many calories and not enough protein will shoot yourself in the foot. Also what mg d's do you have...........if they are 10's you will be at 200 easy if you work out and drink plenty of water.-good luck, buffarat
