protein shake, and drink fast cause that shit gets thick fast...last but not least..every time you look at a hot pepper or bottle of tabasco, ask your self IS IT REALLY WORTH IT...you will continue to have hemmorhoids the rest of your life once they start , and you will eventually learn how to keep them at bay.. or you can do the hard thing and that is listen to those of us who know...peace
