if its any other oral d-bol tab swollow it you'll be fine! If its liquid you can inject daily if you want to be sore all the time or you can take it orally as well. ( Ref-B)

swallow the thia pinks for sure bro.............with some food for sure that shit fucks up the old stomach, also if you have denkalls i have heard that it is better to break them up under the tounge. Hope this helps bro, buffarat:1book:
