how important is eating while on

how important is eating while on

i cant get in 6 meals a day, i just dont have time. i eat breakfast, then lunch at work, and i eat a big dinner. before bed some milk. is this enough to grow?

You really need six to seven meals a day - you need to keep protien in your body all day as your body in theory can only absorb 40 mg of prot in 2 hrs. you need 1.5 to 2.0 grams of protien per lb of body wieght to gro. On bulk you should be around 3500 to 4000 cals a day. Try using some meal supps like myoplex and add some nat peanut butter for xtra calories.

It goes like this, in "this order"
1) eating (at least 5 times a day)
2) working out
3) rest
4) supplementation

When I'm not on, and I eat 3 "good" meals a day, I start to look like a pig (get fat). I change that to 5 meals a day, actually increasing cals, and loose body fat!

Why are you asking about cutting out the MOST IMPORTANT element in the equation?

|--[\\\\]>------- You're just wasting your $$ on gear if you can't eat. I would suggest using weight gainer shakes or bars, but you can only eat so many of those....real food is key. I say stay 'off' until you can really get some time to focus and eat and train right.

i am learning this the hard way. but its true, the more you eat the more you grow, the more you grow the more you will want to eat

ive done 2 cycles not eating enough thinking i was god and the gear would do it all..this was 2 years ago..i learned it the hard way..i didn't gain shit..try eating half the calories from food and half from supps. 4k cals minimum

About as important as breathing if you want to grow. No... really... eat, Eat, EAT. You will not get optimum (if any) results unless you find a way to get your cals. Really... No kidding... gear just don't work unless complete all the requirements...

Lift intensely
eat
rest/sleep
eat
eat some more
go lift intensely again
