It goes like this, in "this order"
1) eating (at least 5 times a day)
2) working out
3) rest
4) supplementation
When I'm not on, and I eat 3 "good" meals a day, I start to look like a pig (get fat). I change that to 5 meals a day, actually increasing cals, and loose body fat!
Why are you asking about cutting out the MOST IMPORTANT element in the equation?
