tranquili-g from avant labs is a mild 4-methyl-GHB analouge. It isn't as severe as GHB and it will not cause coma. It also attatches to GHB receptors longer so you don't pop awake after 2 hours. Some people with a high tolerance looking for a high are dissapointed with the product, but if your truely looking for better sleep becuase of distrubed circadian rythym from your steroid cycle tranquili-g is worthwhile.

You can use melatonin at the dose of 3-6mg for returning your circadian cycles to sleeping at night. I would use that before taking any GHB. Melatonin is legal and a $10 bottle will last you a couple of months.
