new batches of omna have a white dot right?

i am waiting on some omnas, and i was told the new batches of jefla omnas have a white dot on the amp. is this true?

there are like 20 omna pictures in the pictures forum. i am not sure if they show the dot, but mine have this.

some do some don't it depends on weather you get the ones from poland or russia as well.

are the russians the ones with the white dots? or the polands? how can you tell whether they are from poland or russia
