Yea, I have problems with lying down and doing tricep extensions with an ez curl. I'm busting pretty heavy weights when I do them so my elbows freakin kill me. I only do them on deca cycle. No Pain. I would do some deca and work your elbows out. Streach them by pulling your fingers back hard and long, work you forarms and what ever. Try some supplements like shark cartlidge or what ever they tell you at the nutrition store. I have also used wraps they help me train while the elbow hurt.
