dealing with bad elbows

dealing with bad elbows

i have bad elbows. they hurt at times, and after workout (the next day) they can hurt off and on all day. does anyone else suffer from this, and what can help?

DMSO is an antiinflamatory used in horses.

What's wrong with the elbows? The attachments or the actual joint? Most likely it will be the attachments, unless you had an accident in the past. The attachments get very tight due to weight lifting. Get some deep tissue massage. Excellent cure :)

Deca always cures all my joint pain. Also you can buy those nylon sleeves that help create more pressue in your elbow joint causing less pain while lifting.

Yea, I have problems with lying down and doing tricep extensions with an ez curl. I'm busting pretty heavy weights when I do them so my elbows freakin kill me. I only do them on deca cycle. No Pain. I would do some deca and work your elbows out. Streach them by pulling your fingers back hard and long, work you forarms and what ever. Try some supplements like shark cartlidge or what ever they tell you at the nutrition store. I have also used wraps they help me train while the elbow hurt.
