Legality of purchasing needles/syringes

Is it illegal to possess or purchase darts at your local drugstore? I purchase from one place and they always ask a bunch of freakin' questions. I just want to tell them to fuck off, that it's not illegal to buy the things, just sell 'em to me.

I buy them at local CVS Pharm. and they act like they couldn't care less...They have even ordered them special for me...I think it depends on what state you live in as some do require a prescription from doctor.

Every place is different. Some dont' care, other's want to stick their nose into your biz.

Most people on my sites go to www.sterilesyringes.com - no hassle and certainly cheaper than any pharmacy.

So true. Since I have a legal prescription for HRT, I usually just tell them that if they want to know why I need them, but I just order online when I don't want to bother with it--much easier to order from SterileSyringes.
