I ordered my stuff on January 10th, they didn't 'send' it until January 20th, its now 16th February and still nothing, did i get scammed?

There is always a chance it got picked up. U might not want to think about that, but it happens. Ive had my order picked off a couple of times before. Jus had to bite my lip, and cut my loses.
