Did I get scammed by Oscaroservice ??

Place an order back on dec 22nd .. Received nothing yet ..
email oscaro he said at first 7 - 10 days .. I emailed him and said its been 7 - 10 days .. He emailed me back said wait 1 - 2 weeks .. its been that long ... Then he said wait 3 weeks max .. over three weeks still not here .
What you guys think ?

A Matthew of pokervt support emailed me and said that I had a free month trial of pokervt, all I had to do was send him my FCP username and my real name. I did, because he didnt ask for my credit card or anything. Is this legit?
