why would i contact a mod?? ive contacted the company directly! i thought that the mods had nothing to do with the companies sponsored here! all im saying is that for people looking to get gear i would not recommend this company

I have personally spoke to Mex and his rep regarding back orders and individual customer problems from both here and ProfessionalMuscle...He has made good and taken care of all issues and appears to be back on point!!

This is why a little bit of tact and respect is called for, because if there is a legitimate problem that a member would like intervention on...They will not get the help they're looking for through ignorance and arrogance, only banned and out money/order!!!

AND, no the Staff DOES NOT receive anything free from the board sponsors...Sponsors go through a very extensive background check before being approved to sponsor on Big A's boards...This does not mean that one could not decide to turn scammer (people by nature will always be unpredictable), it just means that if one did it would be unforeseen!!

The Members make the boards...The Sponsors are here for the members...The Staff has been implemented to make sure that Both sides follow the Rules and respect each other.....

I have used them 2 times going on my 3rd. They have always been nice through the emails. They are slow BUT I don't know what they have to deal with on their end so I remain patient and polite.
The quality is great! My next order will be placed sooner so I want have to wait.

Sounds like you had a conversation with someone there. I'm a regular with them and it's miss direction/information to the point you of confusion.

The shipper has always been either Fedx or USPS and I believe they can handle about everything shipable in a 24 hour period. Having said all this, I have been waiting 25 days now which is only 3 more than last month. It's just they want tell you the truth about shipping. If it's going to be 30 days, say 30 days. Then if it comes early everyones happy.

And I'm not in their shoes so I haven't a clue what they have to go through. They have to protect themselves and in doing so, I pray, they are looking after me! So, say 30 day delivery and be done with it.
