Alin?

Well, ive used alin in the past 3-4x's and no problems what so ever. My buddy and I made a order for the both of us... and nothing now for a month and a 1/2... finally (after 2 weeks, month after order) heard back from alin. And they wanted me to check the shipping address, and i noticed THEY dident put the apt. # down. i brought this to there attention and they apoligized. and said "I have to be make sure i put that down next time, sorry" i wrote back saying "i have proof i put apt. # down." and still no response. Very disappointed. I've heard Alin's good about sending another order if anything happens. So i will update if problem is addressed.

Good to hear all this. I ordered 3 weeks ago and the tracking number they gave me does not exist. I still have yet to get a response back about my package. My emails have been ignored! Hopefully my next response will be that it finally arrived!

Well, we're referencing posts from 2 years ago (2009) but I'll give you my 2 cents anyhow.
Alin is as good as it gets out there. My last order went like this: I ordered on Monday, and was sitting there opening the thing up on Friday. Yep- same week. Now mind you even Alin was surprised by THAT speed and efficiency and I'm really not expecting that sort of luck every time, but never the less that's my story.
I honestly have TOTAL trust in Alin. You've got nothing to worry about. The fluky misfortunes of folks a couple of years back need to be put in proper perspective.

Been working w alin for 3 years never had an issue, till now. Ordered in early Feb, various excuses relayed, all incorrect and proven we did the right thing. I will not totally give up on them for one issue but it would be nice to receive accurate responses (when they do respond) as opposed to the ones we have received. Its like they did no research just throwing info at us to keep us at bay or buy time. Time will tell where we go next.

I know, I never had a problem with them before they were always good to me. This issue is going on it's 3rd month now. Actually working w other folks so they are losing good business as a result. And the other folks are coming thru for me. Hope they get this resolved soon.

Alin was my exclusive vendor. Until now I had no reason to shop elsewhere. But since they started having service issues 2-3 months ago I have not received anything I ordered from them. To make difficult matters worse Alin has to be one of the worst communicators in the business. 80-90% of my emails to them go unanswered.

One thing I know for sure, I will never use Alin again until these issues get resolved and people start posting positive comments again. Until then I'll be shopping elsewhere. Bye Alin!

After a little over 3 months finally rec'd today, what a ride but a happy ending. This never happened before with them., hope they have their affairs in order once again.
