is it a pain going to western union to pay cash? they usually call with stupid questions when paying online

Yeah, Id never do the online payment either. Going in person is pretty quick and easy. Ive never been asked any questions--and its simple. They typically have them at grocery stores, so if there is a neighborhood one that people know you or have seen you before, you could use that (from a comfort standpoint).
