HAS ANYONE HAD ANY LEGAL ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THEM AFTER THEIR FOREIGN A/S GOT SEIZED BY CUSTOMS?

If they're going to burn you, they'll set up a controlled delivery. If you get a letter, you're o.k. Just toss it and forget about it. The addy you had the $hit sent to will liely be flagged, so don't try to use the same addy again.
