I really like using first 6days of each month but, mainly use this in offseason which is like 6 months of the year. The other time I use it Mon-Fri at anywhere from 12-20iu's per day. I think GH is prolly one of the best things around but, it is very mental too. I have even experimented on my bber buddies and have found most guys think they get more out of more $$ GH which isn't true at all.
