why am i swelling up like a blow fish?

the only thing i changed is that i added growth. i took a nap and woke up with swollen wrists and ankles. WTF?

Swollen wrists and ankles are not uncommon with GH usage. You may also experience numbness in the hands and what have you as well.

IF you are taking over 6iu's per day that will happen. SOme people get such bad water retention that they puke because of intra abdominal water putting pressure on their stomache. This side effect is doese dependent. At least you know your GH is good now. Don;t shake it and keep it in the fridge.

yeah that used to happen to me with just regular gear, i had a hard time moving my fingers and wrists. its normal as bk said

i took 1 tab of dia and lowered my gh per/day and i am fine now. scared the hell out of me!
