Good Luck, Bro. I'm sure "Monster" will appreciate you leaving him the candy and crappy food, but, he's "soon to be pro," and holding a little water.

Ry
Before you get too delirious, why don't you post a sample daily diet - at least what you'll be starting with.

You certainly are massive Ryroid. A ripped 260 or 270 would be awesome though. I would like to trim some fat myself. Just wondering what supps you would be using? I don't like clen or t-3 because of burnout effect, and DNP is alittle pricey and dangerous. What do you use bro to achieve that 6 pack look?

dieting is as good thing if you live alone,my only problem is i wake up late at night starving & amp; eat the first thing i see (candy, ice cream, cake),when you live alone your more likely to grab chicken breat or the left over ground turkey....

My wife is making cinnamon rolls and im on diet. Im bulking but I still cut the fats to a min. When I'm cutting I swear she does it on purpose. M& amp;M's and Homemade cookies. LOL. Talk about a test of will power.

Ha thats funny, sounds just like my wife, she loves to bake. I do the same thing at night when I wake up; I grab cookies or other snacksthat I find that are fattening. My worst bad habit, otherwise I watch my diet with sugar, salt and carbs.

Thanks for taking time to post your diet. Take heed bros - this is what counts when it comes right down to it (the secret). People: consider how "big" Ry is when utilizing these numbers.
