Super sets

i have been thinking about adding super stes to my work outs. i have never used them. any tips?

i superset triceps after i hit chest,it works for me

I do then every once in a while to quicken a work out if running short. You will get a nice pump.

i always superset bis and tris at the end of a workout i think its very helpfull plus if you have never done them youl like the hell of a pump you get

I agree with priest on this, i normally do straight sets in the range of 6-8 reps for my entire bodyparts however for arms i always alternate each workout (one week doing sraight sets and the other i do supersets) that's how i grow!
