meal 1: 6 eggs with chease, 1 toast, cottage cheese, milk, water
meal 2: burger or substitute and a
protein shake, a high calorie one
meal 3: steak, or chicken, with some potato product
protein shake, water
meal 4: fish or chicken with fruit, salad, and a milkshake, water
meal 5: steak sandwhich (or chicken) fries (or like) vatamins,
creatine etc, water
meal 6: veggies, pasta with chicken, bread, water, milk
meal 7: shake (
protein, icecream, milk, yogurt) and pig out on peanut butter.
and right before bed, drink a big glass of milk
this is what i did to bulk. do that, and take dbol, and you will grow
