removing labels?

if a source removes labels off the bottles, could you still get in trouble? i dont think they would test it, they might just throw it out or what? i saw this on another forum and brought it here for advice.

I dont know, I guess if the amount was small amount they would not waste their time testing. -- It cannot hurt -- like my old friend used to say "Its like giving a dead man an enema. It cant hurt do any harm but may not do any good."

Well, on the plus side, removing the labels makes it harder for them to prove what it is. You see, they use the labels as prima facie (sp?) evidence that the substance is what is stated on the label. Which means they don't have to test it to bust you. Removing the labels makes the burden of proof harder on them.

On the negative side, not having the label makes it harder for you to establish that you have a legit product, etc.

Removing the labels is not going to stop you from going to jail. They will test it, and guess who will pay for it...YOU! When they find out what it is, and decide to prosecute, you will have to pay court costs and fines. These court costs include the prosecuters time, court time, and any tests that have to be done to determine the law. Later

but if there is no label, how can they prove you knew what was in them? how could they prove that? i could say "i ordered b-12 shots that were suppose to make me gain weight and get hungry" "maybe it was an internet scam" or would they not need to prove i knew what was in them.

i would say you would be screwed no matter if there were labels or not
