There is no way to not work your front delts when training chest, same with your triceps. BUT, this is where concentration comes in. Your front delt really becomes more of a stabalizer, that a primary muscle in most chest movements. Concentrate on your chest, and getting a full contraction to the center of your pecs on every rep. Always use your nipples as the center of your movement. Don't completely extend your arms, keep them slightly bent at the top of the motion. This will also keep the strain on your front delts to a minimum, as well as your triceps. This won't stop your front delts from being exercised, but it will cut down some on the pressure being exerted on them. later
