Lee Preist, not the man of steel but the thyroid of steel...
The only guy I know that can drop 30lbs of fat in 12 weeks...I hear his middle name has been changed to Cytomel.
He got the big ass shaft at last yrs. NOC.
Peace,
WCP

in his day arnold was way ahead of the pack at least i think so if he was a pro today and was able to use everything they use he would be the freak on top its to bad i sure would have liked to see what a 260-275 arni in contest shape would have looked like

Dave Palumbo???? Although Dave is a monster, and a great guy and probably the most knowledgable person I know. Asthetically he is so far out of proportion he could never compete in the IFBB. Thats why he doesn't!!! I have always been amazed that he has accomplished what he has with the human body though. As far as mass there is no IFBB pro that comes close to him. Every muscle on his body is massive, including his gut!!! He has deffinatly taken the word Muscle Mass to the extreme, and then some!!! Later
