WELL....
THERE ARE ALOT OF VARIALBES TO WHY YOUR BENCH ISN'T GOING UP.
ARE YOU EATING ENOUGH protein?
ARE YOU GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP?
WHAT IS YOUR DIET LIKE?
ARE YOU ON GEAR RIGHT NOW?
HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK ARE YOU WORKING YOUR CHEST?
WHAT ODER DO YOU PUT YOUR CHEST IN YOUR WORKOUTS?
FOR ME I ALWAYS PUT CHEST FIRST, BECAUSE IF I DO BI'S OR TRIS' BEFORE CHEST I ALWAYS FEEL WEAKER, AND THAT GOES FOR DAYS TOO, I ALWAYS PLACE MY ARMS DAYS BEHIND MY BACK AND CHEST DAYS.

Why do you need a bigger bench? For competition? If, not... then WHO CARES!? I've never understood while people are so worried about how much they can bench... Hell, I'd rather be HUGE than strong, ANY DAY!!
Just make sure you are using good form, pushing yourself, eating properly, and not overtraining and it will come....

WELL SIZEMATTERS.....
NOT ME I WOULD RATHE BE SMALLER AND BE SUPERMAN THAN BE AS BIG AS COLEMAN AND ONLY BENCH 225 6 TIMES. THERE IS NOTHIGN WORSE THAN SOME HUGE OVERGRWON MONKEY WALKING IN THE GYM ACTING ALL BAD ASS AND THEN GET ON THE BENCH PRESS AND REP OUT 225 FOR 6 .
I WOULD RATHER BE 200LBS AND GET ON THE BENCH AND REP OUT 315 10 TIMES AND WATCH PEOPLE GO " HOLY SHIT ". THE EXPRESSIONS ARE PRICELESS. I SHOULD KNOW THAT WAS ME WHEN I WAS 200LBS.

Ahh, good points...
My wife is a little thing, bout 120lbs, and she benches 150! I made her stop doing concentration curls, (her fave workout) cause she cant get any shirts to fit her bi's.
I have been a bigole fukker most of my adult life, not cut by any means, just big an stalky. Have always been strong as hell, I just never looked like I was.
I want to look strong now, it is nice to be strong too, but I have had that too long to appreciate it fully.
My bi's are coming up on 19in. Am still fighting the gut area, got plenty O muscle, but hidden by FAT.
I am really wasting most of my gear by not really trying to get huge, just get solid under my fat. Then I will hit a healthy cutting cycle.

I agree, i would much rather look great then be the strongest, thats what you'll be judged on, unless you are in a strongman comp. or you plan on pulling cars off of people for a living. Sure strength is great, but it isn't my #1 priority. When i am doing light weight and repping out, it might look like i'm weak but no one has ever said shit to me i promse you./- There is nothing that pisses me off worse then the people in the gym who thinks they are great and all they do is max out ever day, trust me that won't get you very far.
Like SM said make sure your form is good and don't over train, it will come with time.

Have you mixed up your chest workout?I had a similar problem. You might try a few weeks of power-lifting techniques. they would for sure break down any walls you are running into.

now this is what i call feed back. cool.
i like all the suggestions. and no i have not switched up my chest workout ever. i didnt think it would help. i just do straight barbell for chest. 4 sets of 12. i guess this is a wake up call.

Yeah, I tell ya BigWilly... there is nothing more fukin hysterical than the little group of frat boys that come in with their 12" arms and flat chests and load up the bar and take turns pulling the weight off each other..... oh and taking turns looking in the mirror after their "rep" to see if they grew!!!

Well Bro, if you are THAT worried about your bench, then go buy a bench shirt and wear it under your sweatshirt... you'll be so "impressive" then.....

CLASSIC!! ROTFLMAO
I try my best to not get any bigger, too. In fact, I quit training and starting taking roids, just so I could be strong, but still look like a loser!! /t\
