It all depends on your diet, like what you eat and how much, also on what kind or how much gear you use, and how heavy or light you lift, and if you do cardio.

Exactly. The more advanced you are, the slower the gains come.
It would be infinitely more helpful if we knew what your cycles and routine looked like.
I find that if I do 3 or 4 cycles with less than 3 months in between, I don't respond very well to the gear. Also, I found that after my 3rd cycle or so... I needed to really up the gear to respond well at all. I did one cycle with 500mg of good cypionate a week and 4 weeks later not much going on. I now have to do at least a gram a week to get that "boy... I feel like phucking that tree over there" feeling if ya catch my drift.
Also, the bigger you are... the more gear you will need. It only stands to reason...
