Who here has used it & if so which ones have you used ? Or did you make up your own mix ??

My fav is: 24% CFM + 20% soy isolate + 20% Casienate + 12% Egg + 12% Hydro 1400 + 5% Bovine Serum + 5% maltodextrin + 2% Vit/min + aminogen....orange flavor sweetend with Stevia + Acesulfame-k = Yummy !!

I have usually bought 3 types in the past, and mixed them, makes me fart like crazy, what about your way fart city as well? sometimes i just use gelatin and make a jello mold of the protein and swollow it down without any flavor. can get large amounts without the flavor.

Nope never done that, I like the orange flavor, sweeten it with stevia + acesulfame & you will be suprised & how well it tastes...

Oh & on the farts...no...I have never had any probs with gastrinomical distresss with any of their proteins....

Watch out for the whey protein Concentrate percentages in whatever mix you chose from protein Factory. Personally, I don't have a problem with wpc and it creating "gas"; however, some do.

My favorite flavor is Orange just like Stroyer and I like to use the Pro-Sorben throughout the day with their night forumula at...when else? NIGHT! :)

But I have to say, when it comes to inexpensive protein, I prefer Optimum Nutrition's Pro-Complex.

personally i think protein factory sucks
...was good at start, but prices have now increased a lot, now cheaper to buy whey from reg companies...and could there setup be any more ghetto?
at least they could put it in a resealable bag like optimum whey 10 lb bag

Ilike to use optimum 12 pound bag its only $40.00 and theres plenty to go around .


I seem to burn through the 2lbs bags



i eat about 2 chickens a day and a gallon of skim milk a day so im sure im getting enough protein .
