Hydroxycut & Stenandiol

hi there,

HYDROXYCUT:
I've heard alot of negative views with regard to hydroxycut. Some say it has alot of side effects (such as, breaking down the "good fat" that protects and cushions the heart) and others say its amazing and have been using it successfully....

Im still a bit weary about the long term side effects....because im now on a bulking program and would later consider using it (in conjunction with diet) when I want to rip myself.

Any Views?


STENANDIOL:
Ive read alot about stenandiol on the net and in numerous bodybuilding magz. It was refered to at one stage as the "magic bullet" of bodybuilding and has had quite a few success stories. However, since it is a prohormone ...... and rarely prohormones go without side-effects....i've been a bit weary of using it....and want to research it further before deciding on weather to take it or not.
Is anyone here using stenandiol or knows what kinda side effects it has.... What about prolonged usage?---long term side effects!

Another thing that concerns me is that it is not sold locally here in South Africa....and can only be bought in the States or Germany..

i have a buddy that lost 60 lbs on hydroxycut, he is still fat but for some reason he is vascular....gets me?!

im just a bit concerned about the side effects that are not necessarily visiable from the outside....

theres been some negative press regarding hydroxycut but i havent heard anything about stenandiol...except that it might cause bitch tits in some that a prone to getting....
