More is NOT always Better!!!

Ok, curse myself to hell for saying this since I am a BIG believer in BIG doses but, at certain times. There is no use wasting shit but, I also like to do shit like a stealth mission. You know, like what we should do to the sand people, BOMB them and get out!!! Same should apply to your courses and training.

Over the last few years I have not gone to the MR. O's and putting up my booth w/ my Ex pro buddy for one main reason. The reason is that these kids are getting mislead by other's and being led to believe that HUGE doses are what it takes to be a BBer. This really hurts me when a 15 year old kid came up to me and asked, "You must use over 10grams of test a week ALL year." Most people wouldnt care but, I do.

Now my solution has been hiding out from the scene for the last few years and gaining perspective on things. I wish people would just use enough for an aid but, ALWAYS remember the order:

1) DIET-This is key no matter what
2) Training-I prefer short workouts and high intensity
3) Rest-Get at least 8hours a night and I prefer a 2hour nap during the day.
4) Gear-Now to be a "Sucessful" BBer it is a must but, you don't have to go overboard.

I was gonna give an example of what I am on now but, doubt anyone is interested in that shit.hehehe

Amen brother.....

So many feel that gear is the only answer to their muscle probs. If you havent got the first 3 items you have listed, down properly..... gear will not be very effective.

I met some guys who juiced and they introduced me to lifting and juice simultaneously(sp) so i had access to cheap gear right from the start. That is why i did HUGE cycles from the very start. I was using like 1 10cc btl of prop a week along with 800+ mgs of T200 and at one point i was taking 6 a50's a day! All i got from this was bad acne and tons of bloody noses...now i'm older and smarted about my cycles...most of my cycles are 500-750mgs of Test and like 300-400mgs of Deca. No more orals either...and i have grown a shit load! Train hard, eat a lot, and be smart about your drugs and you'll grow without question.

My body seems to react better to smaller doses , that doesnt mean others might do better with more .



What ever works thats what it will take .(=)

I think people believe if they raise their doses, they can slack more on diet, training, rest, etc.., which is wrong!

theres a guy at my gym who is 270 with the top of his abs at about six feet who only uses 750 test plus finaplix.

I know for myself, I will grow better with no gear and good diet and rest than I will with gear and shit eating habits and late nights, no doubt. Rest and food, soooo critical. IronMike
