More is NOT always Better!!!
Ok, curse myself to hell for saying this since I am a BIG believer in BIG doses but, at certain times. There is no use wasting shit but, I also like to do shit like a stealth mission. You know, like what we should do to the sand people, BOMB them and get out!!! Same should apply to your courses and training.
Over the last few years I have not gone to the MR. O's and putting up my booth w/ my Ex pro buddy for one main reason. The reason is that these kids are getting mislead by other's and being led to believe that HUGE doses are what it takes to be a BBer. This really hurts me when a 15 year old kid came up to me and asked, "You must use over 10grams of test a week ALL year." Most people wouldnt care but, I do.
Now my solution has been hiding out from the scene for the last few years and gaining perspective on things. I wish people would just use enough for an aid but, ALWAYS remember the order:
1) DIET-This is key no matter what
2) Training-I prefer short workouts and high intensity
3) Rest-Get at least 8hours a night and I prefer a 2hour nap during the day.
4) Gear-Now to be a "Sucessful" BBer it is a must but, you don't have to go overboard.
I was gonna give an example of what I am on now but, doubt anyone is interested in that shit.hehehe
