Cant say it really bothers me, although the pump I get in my calves and the muscle around my shins (cant remember the name) gets utterly painful after 40min. or so.

Other than that just boring.

I really must be wierd, I kinda enjoy cardio. 20 hard mins on a treadmill or a stairstepper helps me mentally, helps me think that I'm not getting fat. Maybe I should see a doctor about this...

I hate cardio!!! The only cardio I get is gettin' off the couch to grab the remote, even that makes me tired.

Yea its tough sometimes. But I have to agree the pump in calves is awesome. I just started to do intense cardio 20 minute all out running before I worked legs. Damnnn -- I blew my legs away

this is what i do

to enjoy cardio
pop a half tab of ip viagra, and get my girl for abt 2.5 hrs, lol
long, decent paced cardio, lol
and i definetely enjoy the hell outta it

You need to up the sets 9 more and you can get in your 30 minutes LOL or I have heard that Viagra is good for a lot of reps. ROTFLMAO
