The most imprortant aspect of your cycle is rest and diet. Keep your sat fat calories lower your carbs high. Protien 1.5 to 2.0 g per weight -- eat 6 to 7 times per day and take cla and ala as a supplements Also add
glutamine 2-3 times a day. Cut to skim milk and carb up to 500+ cal 3000 to 4000. Not over 4000. These are general rules -- I do not know your particulars -- each person is different so I cant say exactly what will work for you. I know if I carb up to 500 I start to gain fat -- even with some High intensity cardio on empty stomach. Start with this and make adjustments. I would also add arimidex to your cycle .25 a day throught post cycle.
