decline bench is important if that is a weak spot for you. i for example grow quickly in the middle and lower chest (as most do) so i hit incline before flat bench. i never do decline unless a show is coming because at that time i train everything. if you have a hard time getting results at the lower area of your chest i would hit it every chest day, if not, you can throw it in here and there no big deal. but i would add it in every so often to shock the chest. thats what i do anyway.
