do you guys really change your stance, switch from front to regular squat etc... i never do and my legs grow. is this what you all do, seems like a waste of time to me.

I agree w/ Size. Heavy deep squats. I keep pretty wide to work glutes and hams. I do change feet position on leg press to work inner and outter quads

I switch, but not often. I normally like the wide stance and agree with SM and yard, heavy and deep.


Only the big and strong will survive!
