Ok, What temp

i need to sterilize my stuff. what temp do i use, and how long in the oven?

250 degrees for 15 min. Let cool to room temp, then heat again for 15 min. Get an oven thermometer, so you can be sure of temp.

an oven thermometer is a must. good point. the dial and the actual temp is not always the same.

I believe it was Zyg that said place vial on sheet in pre-heated oven, at 250 F for 15 min, then remove for 10 min. Repeat the procedure 2 more times. Apparently, it's not just the heat, but the heating/cooling action that sterilizes.

ive heard this quite a bit never had to do it cause i get good shit so i think anyway dose the heat destroy any of the test i know most say do not store above 80f
