SIUSA would like to apologize for all delays in shipping over the past week. Our main server, a Compaq Proliant 3000, lost CPU Fan 1 during a power outage. The server considers this fan to be a critical fan and will shut itself down immediately upon boot if it does not detect this fan to be operating. And since it is a commercial server the parts cannot be simply picked up at a local computer store so we had to order this particular fan. It was an oversight on our behalf not to have a full backup in place, but, as they say, hindsight is 20/20.
Regardless, we have now corrected this problem and have a backup system in place. However, there is a possibility that we have lost orders. We will be filling all current orders tomorrow. We ask if you do not receive your order within one week to please email and we will respond swiftly.
To all residing outside of the USA: It is generally considered a policy of SIUSA not to ship to international parties as we have set shipping rates within the USA that do not apply to international orders. As most are aware, international shipping incurs more cost. The corporate office recently informed us that a customer has been complaining about an order shipped to his country from the USA. We do ask this party to have patience, as airmail orders are often slow to arrive. This gentleman’s order was shipped without an additional airmail fee. However, we now state, if you are in an international country that DOES NOT have a
Synthetek Industries distributor in place, we will ship to you only if you email us with your order so that we can provide a price for international shipping. Any international orders that come through our credit card gateway using the fixed US prices will be credited back to the customer’s account and will not be shipped.

Synthetek Industries would like to announce the addition of 2 new products to our line.

SIUSA will have our exhibitor booth at the new IFBB Pro show held in Dallas, Texas….The IFBB Southwest USA Pro Cup on May 3-4, 2002. IFBB Professional Jennifer McVicar will be in the booth signing autographs on May 4th at various times.
