how serious is it if you are caught at the border with just a personal supply?

I got popped a few years ago at T.J. border. I only had 20 redijects 2 bottles of Nor-200.
They let me go. I was very luck. At the time I was in the Navy
and the guy (I guess in charge that day) was retired Navy.
We talked for a long time he told me how much trouble I could get into, and ruin my Navy career and all. He told me to never
step cross his border post again.
Of course I've cross numerous times since.

|--[\\\]>------ My story is totally dif. I got popped 5 yrs. ago at my residence. My roomates and i had 30+ btls of a50, 100 btls of prop. and about 200 amps of cyp mailed from across seas to us. They got it and set up a bust. I went to jail for 2 days, got a deferred judgement and recived a $500 fine, 100 hours of com. service, and 1 yr. probation. Had 2 cc's of T200 waiting for me my last day of probation!
