Training splits
I change my workouts up every few weeks. Just looking for some new ideas on training splits. What do you guys do?

Splits
I've been using a pretty standard 5 days a week, body part a day workout. Chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs. Cardio 5 days as well- Mon-Thur, then on sat or sun w/abs on three of those days.

Just changed up myself, about a month ago, and am getting noticeable gains.
Monday: Chest/Traps
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Cardio
Thursday: Back/ Bi's
Friday: Shoulders/ Tris/ Traps
