depends on weather I'm on or not...I haven't been on anything for over a month and my lifts are aournd

bench 405x2
deadlift 655x2
squat 495 4-5 reps
dumbell curls (my fav) 80lbr's for 4 reps! oh yeah all lifts are without cheating or bouncing etc....I do everything ver strictly.

I'm tall (6'3") so that's why I think my deadlift is so much better than my squat...I don't think I'll ever be good at squats.

What the fuck is up with that Curl, 225 for 6!!!!??, I never in my day have seen 4 plates on a striaght bar for someoens curl weight. Im having trouble taking this serious, espeically after seeing the other lifts are so low compared to that, keep in mind curl is only short for BICEPT curl, which means not swinging your back like crazy every rep or using your shoulders to bend your elbows forward. and why include curl with your big 3 anyway, how did that ever get started, how much can u curl is the most annoying ? ive herad in my day. I would like to add tho I can do weighted dips with 5 plates, and skull crushers with 355!!
