put the sus in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees, take out 10 minutes, put in again ten minutes. and out again. thats it.
also, if you ever heat gear where there is a plunger, put a
needle tip into the plunger. to let the pressure from the heat out.
the flu sysmtoms are common with sus for some reason. for most, they go away. i recomend first time users of sus to taper UP the dosage. start at 250mg week one 500mg week to 750mg week 3 etc. to see if you get sick.
there is no need for speacial tools.
