IF you train 2 body parts a day, it's obvious that you will not make your muscles as much as tired when you go for 1 body part a day. Do the heavy sets for 1 body part a day and take proper rest and diet also. that's the best way to gain fast muscles. Also it's 80 percent diet and 20 percent exercise when it comes to fitness.
