I know that after doing some research, many say its good to take in 1.5 grams of
protein for every pound you weigh during a cycle. this isnt the only thing you have to keep in check regarding your diet. I ve also read somewhere that its a bad idea to take in more than 90 gm. of
protein in one sitting. not sure the about the truth in all that, but I do know that kidney stones can start to form if you are consuming more
