I'm taking 600mg sust and 400mg Tren E split into 2 seperate shots per week. I want to gain some nice lean muscle. How many grams of
protein per how many hours can my body take? I'm just thinking my body might be able to assimilate more
protein than the average person cause of my gear.
I'm 5'8 160lbs 11%bf. I dropped about 10lbs of fat...was at 17%bf. This is by far not my first cycle....been using since i was 21...33 now.
One more thing...hope this isn't TMI...saving my nut for just once a week...havin the best work outs since i been doin that!
