to get ripped try hiit training 3 to 4 days aweek with a propper diet, if don rite it should only take 30mins each sesion example of my sched is 50 box jumps 50 squats 50 deadlifts 50 bench dbs 25 dips 25 cln n prss, u shuld be done after that. give it a go
