i use the dc routine in off season with great success, it's not the style of lifting you want to do for show or if your trying to cut up, but for mass it is the best i've ever used. Just remember the diet, it's all about consuming mass calories. You will get results. A lot of my clients come to me and want to put on mass, right away i place them on this routine. For example, just started a client about 5wks ago, he wanted to put on 15lbs over the next 6months, when we retested body fat and measurements, at the four week mark, he had gained a total of 16lbs, every measurement showed significant increase in size even the forearms and neck. Body fat rose almost 1%.
