Eat a good
protein drink with every meal.
Only buy a
whey isolate powder - all else is garbage. Be careful of cheaper
whey products made to sound like
isolate.
DON'T BUY MUSCLETECH! It's all overpriced, overhyped garbage.
Add
maltodextrin to your
protein shake and have a shake as often as you can - best if one after each meal.
You will add good quality weight with this.
And don't listed to the salesrep from the health food store - they will try to sell you the products that move the slowest because they need to sell them.
