Ever since they were busted a few years back for the kettamine scandal TTokkyo has been labeed as off limits unless you want to take the chance on buying fake gear. A few months fater thier bust it was still safe to buy thier product because many places still had legit excess stock but it has been quite some time since then and anything TTokkyo is strongly advised to avoid.
Like rAJJIN said there are many other better and more reputable companies in mexico these days. I would suggest if you are looking for a quality Mexican company check out Sydgroup or Animal Power. Both of those are top notch.
