the 300g &amp; 500g means 300gram &amp; 500gram?

Wich protein should I use &amp; 500g a day is a lot of proteine , I'm currently using the 85+ Wheyprotein of M double U, but 500 gram of that proteinepowder a day isn't reachable for me. If you've got some time left, could you please make a diet for me?
